Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between you (“Affiliate”) and ONS Systems (“Company”), regarding participation in the ONS Systems Affiliate Program. You agree to comply with these terms by signing up as an affiliate.
1. Affiliate Program Overview
ONS Systems offers affiliates a 40% commission for each successful sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
- The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
3. Affiliate Commissions
- Affiliates earn a 40% commission on each successful sale.
- Commissions are calculated based on the total sale amount, excluding taxes and refunds.
- Payments are made monthly via UPI/ Bank Transfer, provided the minimum payout threshold of ₹1000 is met.
- Any chargebacks or refunds will result in the deduction of corresponding commissions.
- Any self-purchase will not earn a commission.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates must promote ONS Systems products ethically and legally.
- Misleading, false, or spammy promotions are strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates must not bid on ONS Systems brand keywords in paid ads.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Cookie Tracking & Attribution
- The affiliate program uses cookies to track referrals.
- The cookie duration is 30 days, meaning commissions will be credited if a customer purchases within that time.
- Only last-click attribution applies (i.e., the last referred affiliate gets the commission).
6. Termination & Violations
- The Company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms.
- Affiliates engaging in fraudulent activities, unethical marketing, or misleading promotions will forfeit any earned commissions.
7. Modification of Terms
- The Company may update these terms at any time.
- Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or website updates.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Affiliate Program.
- The total liability shall not exceed the total commission earned by the Affiliate.
By joining the ONS Systems Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
